We are taking the wing to new heights. We broast these in a seasoned broth, including white wine and Phantom cider to make a fall of the bone tender wing. We then flash bake them to order for that crispy skin you expect, and sauté with a proprietary dry rub and a buffalo honey BBQ sauce.

Our take on the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich is made from only the freshest red and green bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, and using center cut rib-eye steak. All of this flat-grilled with Phantom Imperial Red…yes, cooked with our beer!!! Add aged sharp provolone on hearty sourdough bread.
Beef Homerun Sliders $10
A 50/50 mix of freshly diced rib-eye and bacon, grilled in our Colonial Brown, made into three flat-grilled sliders, topped with sliced Roma tomatoes and melted sharp provolone. Served with house made spent beer grain artisan rolls from this week’s brew!!
