Half Pound fresh ground beef burger, loaded with toppings: cheddar cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and a spicy Habanero sauce. Served on a spent grain bun with a side of Phantom kettle chips.

It’s Always Sunny Cheesesteak$10
Our take on the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich is made from only the freshest red and green bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, and using center cut rib-eye steak. All of this flat-grilled with Phantom E.S.B…yes, cooked with our beer!!! Add aged sharp provolone and this is magic between two sourdough bread slices.

Chicken Parmesan  $10
The classic Italian favorite, on our spent grain bread – a crisp and tender chicken breast with homemade marinara sauce, topped with a blend of Italian cheeses and broiled until bubbling. Mmmmmm, delicious.

Moo and Oink Sliders (3) $10
Fresh rib-eye and bacon, made into flat grilled sliders, topped with melted sharp provolone. Simply delicious. Add 1 more slider for $3.



Floating Spirits $9
Phantom Dry Stout pint served with two scoops of vanilla ice cream topped with a caramel sauce and sliced toasted almonds.
